Bald Head Island is like a country within a country. The 2nd you get off the ferry, you are in a fairy tale like setting. You’ll find yourself asking if this is real. Beautiful homes with 2 country clubs. Weddings at The Shoals Club and the Bald Head Island Club are always most wonderful! BHI also has a handful of restaurants etc that are delicious. I love to take Family photos on Bald Head. I do these family sessions I call “around the marina” tours. We’ll hit the lighthouse, then the marsh side, and the beach and capture the ambiance of the island.
